Hi, this is Number Story, who is running this research-based YouTube channel. We are updating in real time the locations and other data regarding NASA’S Mars Exploration Program ‘Mars 2020’, which includes the Perseverance rover and the Ingenuity helicopter drone. The Mars rover mission was launched on 30 July 2020 and will land in Jezero crater on Mars on 18 February 2021. In the live stream, we are updating the trajectories and locations of all planets and the spacecraft from 30 July 2020 to 18 February 2021 in a 3D solar system simulation.
Mars 2020 was the third of three space missions sent toward Mars during the July 2020 Mars launch window. The other two missions were launched by the national space agencies of the United Arab Emirates (Hope orbiter) and China (Tianwen-1, with an orbiter, lander, and rover). All three are expected to arrive at Mars in February 2021.
