China's space agency has unveiled the name of its first Mars exploration mission. Space enthusiasts can expect Tianwen-1 to head to the red planet later in 2020. The mission will allow scientists to study the atmosphere, surface and geological characteristics of Mars' magnetic field. China also marked its annual Space Day and the 50th anniversary of its first satellite launch on April 24. If successful, the country's Mars probe will be the first in the world to finish three missions at the same time.
